Bed and Breakfast in Burgundy Room Layouts

The large main bedroom, with two sets of windows with distant hilly views, is furnished with a four-poster double-bed with a luxury fully-sprung mattress, antique furniture and floor-rugs.  There are bedside tables, a wardrobe, and an easy chair.

Leading off of the main bedroom is a second, smaller, room with a window which has country views; off this room is good-sized bathroom with a huge shower, a basin and WC.  There is a razor-point, shelf-space and several mirrors.

As well as using the second bedroom to sleep one adult or up to three children, it can also be used as a place to relax (on the sofa-bed) or work / play cards / read / etc (at the table).  The sofa-bed pulls down to form a double bed. Above it is a fixed single with an access-ladder. This bed has the same quality mattress as in the main bedroom but the sofa-bed has a futon-style mattress which will not provide two adults with adequate / comfortable sleeping support – it is much more adequate for one adult and perfect for one or two children.

The recommended occupancy of the suite is between one and five people, as follows:

One, two or three adults
One or two adults, plus one two or three children
Three adults plus one child

For a party of just one or two adults the second room is not charged-for.

There is a charge for the second room if the party includes any children or a third adult, proportionate to the number of occupants.

The three rooms are original and have good sound-proofing. The windows have shutters and curtains.

Bed-linen and towels for indoor use are provided - towels for use outside (at the pool) should be requested and a laundry-charge may be payable.
